Downloading the app and signing in

Updated:

In the Hane Yönet resident app you see your unit's dues, pay by card, open requests and follow announcements and polls. There are no passwords or SMS codes.

First sign-in: sign-in card

Your site management gives you a personal sign-in card (a paper with a QR code) or sends you a sign-in link on WhatsApp.

  1. Scan the QR code on the card with your phone's camera, or tap the link.
  2. If the app isn't installed, download Hane Yönet from the App Store or Google Play using the page that opens. Then scan the QR code again or tap the link again.
  3. The app asks for the last 4 digits of the mobile number registered with your management. Enter them.
  4. Accept the privacy notice.

A card or link works only once and is valid until the date written on it. Don't share it.

Later

The app keeps you signed in; you don't sign in every time. If your phone has face or fingerprint unlock set up, the app asks for it when opening. You can turn this off in Profile.

Signing in on a new phone: email

If you entered your email in Profile › My details and verified it with the code you received, on a new phone you type your email on the sign-in screen and sign in with the 6-digit code sent to it. If your email isn't verified, ask your management for a new sign-in card.

No invitation: apply

If you didn't get a card from your management (for example, you've just moved in), scan the QR code on the application poster at your site's entrance, or tap No invitation? Apply on the sign-in screen and type the code on the poster. Choose your unit and enter your details. When your management approves the application you get a notification and are signed in automatically.
