Viewing and paying dues by card

The dues card on the My unit tab shows your total balance, the overdue part and the nearest due date. If you owe nothing, it shows your last payment.

Paying by card

1. Open Account › My charges, or tap Pay on the home screen.
2. Select the dues you want to pay. For partly paid dues you see the paid and remaining amounts.
3. Tap Pay selected and check the payment summary and total.
4. Tap Continue to payment. You enter your card details on the payment provider's secure page; the app never sees or stores your card.
5. When the payment is complete you see the result, and the receipt is added to My receipts.

You can't pay without an internet connection.

Late fees

Under article 20 of the Turkish Condominium Law (KMK), late fees accrue on overdue dues. A late fee is shown as a separate line; How was this calculated? on the line explains which due it comes from and at what rate. Late fees never accrue on late fees.

FAQ

It says "You are not allowed to pay this unit's charges". A household member can pay if the owner or tenant who invited them gave permission. If you don't have it, contact your site management.

I'm stuck on "Waiting for the payment result". The payment provider's response is delayed. It will appear on the Account screen within a few minutes; check there before paying again.

I can't see the owner's dues. A tenant sees dues that belong to the owner (for example, a repair share) only if the owner allows it.
